Mary Scheidegger has been a GrandRaiser since her grandson's first day of life. She is also a trained facilitator, certified community builder, and founder of GrandFamily World, a global peer community for grandparents raising grandchildren. She didn't write this book from the outside looking in. She wrote it from the kitchen table, at 7am, when the laundry was still in the dryer and everything else was still unsettled.
